How to activate multi window mode on infinix note 2 running XOS
Have you always wanted to enable/activate multi window mode on your infinix note 2 running XOS? Then this tutorial is for you.
In this article, I won't waste much of your time and still, I will try as much as possible to 'make it simple but not simpler', quote by Albert Eistein.
Before thinking of activating multi window mode, please make sure you have rooted your infinix note 2 and if you haven't done that,
READ THIS:Root your Android v6.0/5.1 Devices and Pc with latest Kingroot version v4.9.5
Tools needed
=> A rooted infinix note 2 that has been TWRP flashed
=> Multi window enabler - Download
=> A Bulid.prop file editted from User to User debug mode
Yes, I guess that's all we're going to be needing for this operation.
How to activate/enable multi window mode on infinix note 2 running XOS
I will assume you have Rooted your infinix note 2 and goten all the necessary tools for this operation. Ok?
Goto your phone Settings, tap on About, there you will see "build number", click on it for seven(7) times to activate developer's option. Yeap?
Now move the infinix multi window enabler.zip file you downloaded earlier, to the root of your SD Card.
What do i mean by move to Root of your SD Card? It simply means move your multi widow enabler.zip to your SD card without putting it into any folder. It's on is own.
After that, Switch OFF your phone and press-hard the (power + volume up button) simultaneously for 5 seconds to boot your device into Recovery mode.
Once you're in Recovery mode, make a nandroid backup of your Stock Rom, and after it's done, click on install then locate the multi window enable file you placed in Root of your SD card.
Then select it, immediately flashing will begin and once finished, reboot your phone and when it's done booting, goto Settings, click on Developer options and locate Multi window mode, then click on it to Active (ignore warning message and continue). After you have enabled it, you should see something like this;
Congratulations! You have just activated multi window mode on your infinix note 2 running XOS.
