New MTN One Dial code to speak with a Customer care Representative

Those years, I could remeber vividly how it took me time to get to speak with an MTN customer care Representative, I would be confused and I won't know what to do niether the code to dial. Oh my God! Those past memories. Anyway. those are things of the past.

MTN has just reshaped it's call reply options and this changes made it very easy to speak with an MTN Customer care Representative, all with a code and you will be directed to a customer care representative.

Let's see how it's done.

How to speak with an MTN Customer care Representative by just dialing a code

Simply call the usual MTN Number - which is 180, and when you start hearing the automated-computerized-voice reply with the number Zero (0), I mean input 0 immediately and that's all, you'll transfered to an MTN Customer Representative.

Wait! Have you even noticed that It doesn't take upto 2 minutes before your call is picked by an MTN Customer care representative? Yea, there have improving.
