Rumors: Youtube might expand to a social network with Backstage

A news report has it that, Youtube seems to be working on project known as Backstage, and this upcoming feature aims to make Youtube a social network. Where not only videos can be shared, but also photos, polls, links and text posts. The Youtube Backstage should be expected during the end of year, though this reports hasn't been confirmed yet, so we will regard it as a rumor until any evidence is found.
