Reason Why Pokemon Go's server was shutted down during it's launch

There's no way you wouldn't have heard about the Pokemon Go game. The location-based game that took the world for a suprise, some few months back.

At that period of it's launch in Australia and New Zealand within just 15 minutes of that time, Pokemon's Go developer, Niantic assumption was cut short.

Pokemon Go's traffic graph

The company included x5 of what they aimed in case of the worst in the nearest future, and despite that, the worst they prepared for wasn't enuogh to contain the massive traffics and responds' they got.

According to IGN, In a post on the Google Platform Cloud blog, they recieved x50 of what they anticipated-for (clearly seen on the Graph above). Something unexpected, x50? When they weren't even sure or should i say, "it would've been just a dream they got 50 times of what they were expected", and the unexpected actually came true.

That was why they did what they did by shutting down their servers during the long run, untill was resolved.
