OPPO Mobile opens new centre service in Lagos

Android smartphone company, OPPO has just opened a new service centre in Ikeja, Lagos. This strategic move by the company is to said to give more reassurance to their customers in Nigeria, that OPPO users in the country can use their smartphones without fear or panic of what happens next if the phone is found faulty.

The company's Public Relations Manager, Joseph Adebola, says that OPPO service centre comes equipped with equipment, tools, facilities and most importantly, experienced world-class engineers skilled and trained in the maintenance and repair of all OPPO smartphones sold in the country. The service centre also provides extra support on its products, original accessories and guarantees 48 hours of repair for all OPPO devices.

According to OPPO, there will also be software support and assistance for Nigerians who bought OPPO devices long before their business commenced in the country, whether the model is still been sold or not.

Having said all that, OPPO phones sold in Nigeria comes with a 2-year warranty.
