We all know how hard it is sometimes to get in touch with MTN Customer Care Representatives. Sometimes it takes almost forever, especially times you need immediate response. It can be frustrating, so so frustrating. It's like days when you need them the most, they take almost forever to respond while on days you aren't too sure why you are in need of their help, they respond almost immediately.

I can remember vividly about 10 years ago or more, I was kinda little then, my dad sent me on an errand to purchase MTN Airtime, and you know as a child I were, I loved exploring new things. On my way home, an idea popped into my head, "Instead of wasting your precious time scratching the surface just to see the pin. Why not use the wall, it would be easier and faster." It wouldn't have taken almost forever for I and my dad to get a response from them. That occurrence inspired this article.
