Now OneDrive for Android also lets you create Office files

Microsoft has finally added the Office files features to OneDrive for Android. These features were released and made available for iOS OneDrive app, but thankfully, Microsoft is bringing to Android's own Onedrive.

This updates brings ability to Create word, Excel and Powerpoints files all directly from the app, without any third-party assistance.

The updates brings notifications for real-time collaboration, where users get alerted whenever a share file is accessed.

It also will be bringing a new Sharepoint feature, allowing users to view and manage their sharepoints sites directly from the OneDrive app.

Haven said that, these feature has started hitting OneDrive for Amdroid already, and will be available for Business owners only.
